About Yanxia Zhou
Yanxia Zhou was born in China in 1979 and studied law at East China University of Political Science and Law, where she earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2005.
After being admitted to the Bar Association in 2007, she obtained her lawyer’s license in the People’s Republic of China in 2008. That same year, she earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the National University of Singapore (NUS). In 2014/2015, she further enhanced her qualifications with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR).
Her client portfolio primarily includes companies in the trade and e-commerce sectors seeking to establish or strengthen business relationships with China. She provides counsel on trade transactions, cross-border e-commerce, and the associated legal and regulatory challenges. Ms. Zhou helps businesses develop efficient business models, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement strategic partnerships.
